We unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at ozelle.atelier@hotmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
If the images are approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at ozelle.atelier@hotmail.com.
